Welcome to the Healthcare Documentation Integrity Conference interactive schedule application, Sched! With Sched you can easily read session descriptions and speaker bios. Tech Talk with the IT Magician

He'll cover some basic troubleshooting techniques, and he'll show you a way to capture what's happening on your screen so you can show the support person.
