Welcome to the Healthcare Documentation Integrity Conference interactive schedule application, Sched! With Sched you can easily read session descriptions and speaker bios. Personalize Sched by creating a custom schedule based on the sessions you are interested in attending using the Sched website or mobile app. You can view your schedule as a simple list, detailed view, or grid view; sort by venue or session type; and identify each activity at a glance with Sched’s useful color-coding system. Once you are headed to or arrive at the conference, you can print or sync your schedule to your smart phone for easy viewing!

Sched even highlights friends and contacts also attending, so after you create a Sched profile, connect using your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Foursquare accounts to network ahead of time.

Turning Giant Projects into Bite-Sized Tasks

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

In our business, or any business, there are tasks that we perform every day. We can do them in our sleep. But occasionally we're called upon to perform projects, both large and small. These projects can seem overwhelming, but the good news is they don't have to be. In our field, with all its changes, we are tasked to create new areas in our departments all the time, from HIPAA to quality analysis. Everything is easier when you have a plan and the right tools. Projects are no exception. Using project management software is easier than you think, and many programs are available for free. Interestingly enough, you can also use your tablet to manage your projects. There is even a way to integrate both, making it easier for you to keep up with your tasks while you're on the go. Let us show you how to create a project plan using all the latest technology including integration between your PC and tablet.

Learning Objectives:
1. Learn how to create a successful project plan.
2. Learn how to have your projects complete on time.
3. Learn how to successfully use project management software including free aps on tablets.
